BBB celebrates Law Day at the Randolph Council on Aging

The Massachusetts Bar Association celebrates Law Day by offering free educational presentations about elder law throughout the Commonwealth in the month of May. Baker, Braverman and Barbadoro took part in the Elder Law Program by giving a presentation to the Randolph Council on Aging on May 27.
Attorney Peter C. Herbst, Jr spoke on the topic of obtaining eligibility from MassHealth for long-term care benefits. In addition to discussing eligibility guidelines, Peter fielded questions on transfer penalties. The presentation included planning measures seniors could undertake now to obtain eligibility in the future.
