Back to AttorneysSusan M. Molinari is a counsel to the firm. Susan practice includes litigation, employment law, probate, personal injury and election law.
Susan specializes in complex litigation cases, trials and appeals in the areas of business and commercial litigation, criminal defense, consumer protection, probate litigation, personal injury, and zoning appeals. Susan also advocates for clients in mediation and arbitration of various types of complex legal issues.
Susan regularly provides counsel to her business clients on employment issues, including litigation prevention, drafting and enforcing non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, and drafting employee handbooks as well as termination and separation agreements.
Susan serves as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem in the Probate and Family Court. She is also a member of the firm’s Election Law Practice Group which assists candidates and committees in all phases of election law including recounts, campaign finance regulations and voter registration issues.
Susan is a volunteer for Sweet Paws Rescue. Susan is the former Legal Advocate for the Riverside Community Care Human Rights Committee, and a former member of the South Shore Mental Health Human Rights Committee. She is actively involved in other charitable and community activities.
Prior to joining the firm, Susan was a social worker for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services.
Susan and her husband Brian live in Canton, MA with their son Griffin. Susan enjoys baking, reading and hiking with her dog Kirby.
