Back to AttorneysSharon focuses her practice in family law, with a particular affinity to assisting families negotiate the difficult, and often exhausting, divorce process. In addition to divorce, Sharon has significant experience representing clients in custody, support, modification and contempt actions as well as adoption matters. Sharon’s strengths in family law draw on her broad legal background and her devotion to guiding clients through emotionally challenging legal matters.
Sharon is known for her client focused approach to the law and ability to find commonsense solutions to complex family situations, while relying on her depth of legal knowledge. She is a skilled negotiator and a tenacious advocate for her clients – depending on the needs of a given case. She was named a Massachusetts Lawyers’ Weekly “Lawyer of the Year” for her work in a very public and highly contested custody matter.
Sharon and her husband, Mort, are the proud parents of four children – all of whom are college-age and beyond. She enjoys all sorts of outdoor pursuits from skiing to hiking to running and is passionate about travel.
