Richard C. Ash is an associate of the firm. Richard is a part of Baker Braverman & Barbadoro’s civil litigation and probate departments. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts.
Richard’s probate practice includes representing Personal Representatives in the administration of estates, serving as Guardian and Conservator for incapacitated persons and minors, and representing litigants in probate court litigation disputes. Prior to joining Baker Braverman & Barbadoro, Richard worked at a civil ligation practice and thus brings great experience with him, including personal injury and insurance defense litigation. He has, and will continue to, represent injured plaintiffs and defend commercial businesses in District and Superior Court. Richard has also handled a number of maritime and medical malpractice cases.
Richard received his BSBA in Finance from Suffolk University, where he was an Honors Scholar and received a full merit-based scholarship. Richard went on to attend Suffolk Law thereafter.
A lifelong resident of Quincy Point, Richard is very active in the community. Richard serves as a Board Member of the Ward 2 Civic Association, a Ward 2 Democratic Committee Member, and is the Vice President of Quincy Pride. He also regularly attends both Quincy and South Shore Chamber of Commerce events.
Richard resides with his family. An avid music lover, in his free time Richard enjoys going to concerts and running (most of the time).
