Richard C. Ash is an associate of the firm. Richard is a part of Baker Braverman & Barbadoro’s civil litigation and family law departments. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts.
Richard works on most of BB&B’s litigation matters, and also assists in the domestic relations/family (divorce, custody, child support/modifications) and criminal defense practice areas. Prior to joining Baker Braverman & Barbadoro, Richard worked at a civil practice and thus brings great experience with him, including personal injury and insurance defense litigation. He has, and will continue to, represented injured plaintiffs and defend commercial businesses in District and Superior Court. Richard has also handled a number of maritime and medical malpractice cases and looks forward helping out with the firm’s election law matters.
Richard received his BSBA in Finance from Suffolk University, where he was an Honors Scholar and received a full merit-based scholarship. Richard went on to attend Suffolk Law thereafter.
A lifelong resident of Quincy Point, Richard is very active in the community. Richard serves as a Board Member of the Ward 2 Civic Association, the Treasurer of the Ward 2 Democratic City Committee, the Vice President of Quincy Pride and a member of the Quincy Dems. He also regularly attends both Quincy and South Shore Chamber of Commerce events.
Richard resides with his family. An avid music lover, in his free time Richard enjoys going to concerts and running (most of the time).
