Richard assists clients in all aspects of civil litigation, and in election law. Richard effectively and successfully handles personal injury/motor vehicle actions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Richard also represents clients in contract and/or land disputes, probate, employment and construction litigation. Additionally, Richard represents candidates for municipal elections at recounts and in litigation.
Richard is a lifelong resident of Quincy Point and resides there with his Partner. Richard is very active in the community and is also a Justice of the Peace. Awards: Suffolk University 10 Under 10 – 2024. Quincy Rotary Club – Paul Harris Fellow – 2025.
