Richard works on BB&B’s litigation matters, and also assists in the domestic relations/family and election law practice areas. Prior to joining Baker Braverman & Barbadoro, Richard worked at a civil practice and thus brings great experience with him, including personal injury and insurance defense litigation. He represents injured plaintiffs and defends both individuals and businesses in District and Superior Court. Specifically, Richard handles slip and fall/motor vehicle cases, legal and medical malpractice cases, contract and/or land matters and probate litigation. Richard handles divorce, custody, child support/modifications for all parties (including same sex couples). Additionally, Richard represents candidates for municipal elections at recounts and in litigation.
Richard received his BSBA in Finance from Suffolk University, where he was an Honors Scholar and received a full merit-based scholarship. Richard went on to attend Suffolk Law thereafter.
A lifelong resident of Quincy Point, Richard is very active in the community. Richard is the President of the Ward 2 Civic Association, the Vice President of Quincy Pride, a member of the Quincy Dems, and an Ambassador for the Quincy Chamber of Commerce. Richard is also a Justice of the Peace.
Richard resides with his family. An avid music lover, in his free time Richard enjoys going to concerts and running (most of the time).
