Kim Kroha is an associate of the firm. Kim counsels clients in real estate, bankruptcy, corporate law and litigation.
Before joining the firm, Kim served as a law clerk for the Honorable Geraldine Hines in both the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court of Massachusetts. She also interned for the Honorable Joan Feeney of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida.
During and prior to law school, Kim was real estate manager for a national real estate development firm. In that capacity, she handled financing, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and insurance for the company’s 40+ retail and office buildings.
At New England Law, Boston, Kim was the online editor of the New England Law Review. She also was a member of the Environmental Law Moot Court Team. She graduated summa cum laude and as valedictorian of the evening division. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, graduating magna cum laude.
Kim and her husband Bob reside in Braintree with their two young children. She enjoys mountain biking, triathlons, kiteboarding, and having fun outdoors with the family.
