Kim’s land use practice includes zoning disputes, permitting projects with municipality offices and local boards, easements, affordable housing (40B) development, and conservation approvals. As a litigator, Kim represents clients in Land Court and Superior Court and before state agencies such as the Housing Appeals Committee and MassDEP. Her litigation practice also includes appellate cases, having previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Geraldine S. Hines at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court.
Kim was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2020-2023 in the Land Use category, was honored as one of the Top Women in Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2022, and was named as one of the Boston Magazine Top Lawyers™ in the Land Use/Environmental category in 2025. Kim is a volunteer member and Chair of her hometown Braintree Planning Board.
