Kim Kroha is a partner in the firm. Kim counsels clients in land use/development/licensing, litigation, real estate and bankruptcy.

Kim’s land use practice includes zoning disputes, permitting matters including local hearings and appeals, easements, affordable housing (40B) development, and conservation approvals. As a litigator, Kim represents clients in Land Court and Superior Court, before the Housing Appeals Committee, and before local boards in the South Shore. Her litigation practice also includes appellate cases. Kim also advises on bankruptcy matters and represents clients in bankruptcy proceeedings.

 Kim was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2021 and 2022 in the Land Use category and was honored as one of the Top Women in Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2022. Kim is a volunteer member and Vice-Chair of her hometown Braintree Planning Board. Kim was Chair of the Braintree Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2022.
