Gene’s practice includes residential and commercial real estate, land use, littoral and riparian property rights zoning and environmental law. Gene also represents residential and commercial lending institutions, land developers, marinas and boatyard owners. He is also an agent for Stewart Title Guaranty Co. and Chicago Title Insurance Co. Gene represents clients before local zoning boards, planning boards, conservation commissions, the Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers.
A Marshfield resident, Gene is also a veteran of the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army.
