Elizabeth A. Caruso is an associate of the firm. Liz counsels clients in probate and elder law/estate planning.
Liz’s probate practice includes representing fiduciaries, serving as Guardian and Conservator for incapacitated persons and minors, including issues involving the administration of antipsychotic medications, or “Rogers” cases. Liz also represents Personal Representatives, formerly Executor(trix), in the administration of estates.
Her estate planning practice includes assisting clients of all ages and financial situations with establishing an estate plan that best meets their needs and goals. Estate planning includes health care proxies, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, including Medicaid planning trusts.
Additionally, Liz specializes in elder law, assisting in the qualification and application process for clients needing Medicaid services, both in their home and in long term care facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Liz was an associate at the Law Office of Christopher P. Ryan, in Quincy, and an intern with the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court.
Liz and her husband Dave reside in Easton. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and being an avid fan of the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots, and UMass Minutemen.
