Back to AttorneysSince being admitted to the practice of law, Duane G. Sullivan has specialized in the areas of Domestic Relations and Probate Litigation. At Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, Duane and his colleagues have combined their experience and expertise to develop, organize and manage a high successful Domestic Relations and Probate Litigation department within the firm. Duane is responsible for all aspects of Domestic Relations and Probate Litigation which includes client interviews, preparation, filing, prosecuting and defending Complaints for Divorce, Equity Complaints, Complaints for Separate Support, Complaints for Contempt and Complaints for Modification. Additionally, Duane is responsible for all Pretrial and Trial aspects of the firm’s Domestic Relations and Probate cases. Duane also provides services in the area of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Guardianships and Conservatorships.
Duane was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1990; and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts also in 1990. Duane is a member of the Boston, Norfolk and American Bar Associations. Prior to joining Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, P.C. Duane was a member of the firm Katz, Rudnick & Sullivan, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts, where he specialized in all aspects of Domestic Relations and Probate Litigation. Prior to joining Katz, Rudnick & Sullivan, P.C. Duane practiced at the firm of Burns and Levinson and was a Probation Officer at Suffolk Probate and Family Court.
