Duane is responsible for all aspects of divorce/family law and probate matters, which includes client interviews, preparation, filing, prosecuting and defending Complaints for Divorce, Equity Complaints, Complaints for Separate Support, Complaints for Contempt and Complaints for Modification. Additionally, Duane is responsible for all Pretrial and Trial aspects of the firm’s divorce and probate cases. Duane also provides services in the area of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Guardianships and Conservatorships.
