Daniel Foster joined the firm as an associate in 2021. Dan counsels clients on taxation and estate planning and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
Dan provides clients at all stages of life and in all economic situations with tailored estate plans. Dan regularly counsels clients on health care proxies, powers of attorney, wills, and all types of trusts.
Dan’s tax and estate planning practices are closely intertwined. Dan’s tax practice includes advising on both business succession planning and individual tax planning. Prior to joining Baker, Braverman, and Barbadoro, Dan worked as a financial advisor doing complex tax planning for high-net worth clients.
Dan received his BA from Tufts University and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, earning his JD and LLM in Taxation.
Dan and his wife, Emily, reside in Medford, MA with their dog, Annabel. He enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cooking and grilling.
