Christopher J. Sullivan is a partner in the firm. Christopher heads the firm’s probate practice. He also counsels clients in elder law/estate planning and in adoption matters.

Christopher counsels clients in all areas of probate law, including administration of wills and contested estates, trust administration, probate litigation, guardianships (including Rogers hearings for the administration of anti-psychotic drugs), conservatorships, and adoptions.

He also advises clients in the areas of elder law, estate planning, asset protection planning and same sex family planning.

He has presented and lectured to various groups on the topics of probate litigation, estate planning, Medicaid planning, same sex planning and the Uniform Probate Code. Christopher regularly serves as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem, Commissioner, Master and Special Administrator. Since 1992, he has served as the Chairman of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court Bench Bar Committee. He also sits on the Council of the Bar Association of Norfolk County. Prior to joining the firm, Christopher was a clerk at the Norfolk County Probate Court.

Christopher and his wife Cheryl live in Hanover, MA with their two children. He regularly volunteers with the Hanover Foundation for Educational Enrichment, Joslin Diabetes Center and he serves as the Corporate Council of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He also volunteers his legal services at various probate courts as a volunteer lawyer and the guardian clinic. Christopher enjoys skiing, golf and coaching his children’s athletic teams.
