Back to AttorneysChristopher J. Sullivan is a partner in the firm. Christopher heads the firm’s probate practice. He also counsels clients in guardianship/conservatorship and estate planning/wills and trusts.
Christopher counsels clients in all areas of probate law, including administration of wills and contested estates, trust administration, probate litigation, guardianships (including Rogers hearings for the administration of anti-psychotic drugs), conservatorships, and adoptions. He also advises clients in the areas of elder law, estate planning, asset protection planning and same sex family planning. Christopher has served as the Chairman of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court Bench Bar Committee. He also sits on the Council of the Bar Association of Norfolk County.
A Hanover resident, Christopher regularly volunteers with the Hanover Foundation for Educational Enrichment, Joslin Diabetes Center and he serves as the Corporate Council of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He also volunteers his legal services at various probate courts as a volunteer lawyer and the guardian clinic.
