Gene J. Guimond is a partner of the firm representing clients in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, land use, littoral and riparian property rights, environmental law and business law. Clients turn to Mr. Guimond for zealous representation before local zoning boards, planning boards and conservation commissions, the Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers.

Clients represented by Mr. Guimond include residential and commercial lending institutions, land developers, marina and boatyard owners. Mr. Guimond is also an agent for Stewart Title Guaranty Co. and Chicago Title Insurance Co.

Mr. Guimond graduated, magna cum laude, from Providence College in Rhode Island. After serving as a commissioned officer in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army, he earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Guimond is admitted to practice in all states courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and in the State of New Hampshire.
