Christopher R. Agostino is an associate of the firm. Mr. Agostino advises clients in all aspects of corporate law, state and local regulatory law, land use, and commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Agostino has successfully represented clients in hearings before local and state regulatory agencies, including the Massachusetts Housing Appeals Committee where he has acted as counsel to clients in all phases of comprehensive permit development under G.L. c. 40B, §§ 20-23. Clients look to Attorney Agostino to advise and assist them in complex business transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, secured transactions and intellectual property.
Mr. Agostino is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Virginia and a graduate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While attending law school, Mr. Agostino was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, the National Italian American Bar Association and the Suffolk University Law School Hockey Team. Mr. Agostino was a recipient of the Legal Practice Skills Best Brief Award, which is awarded to first year students for excellence in legal writing.
Mr. Agostino is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Agostino is a member of the American Bar Association.
