Jonathan Braverman is a founding partner of the firm. Jonathan has been representing clients in all areas of complex civil litigation for over 35 years.
Jonathan’s litigation practice includes business and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, banking litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property disputes, construction litigation, environmental litigation, regulatory matters, consumer protection, defense of property damage and real estate disputes.
He also counsels clients in employment law, including close corporation shareholder disputes, employee matters and discrimination claims.
Jonathan represents clients before the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Appeals Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He also regularly represents clients before federal and state administrative agencies such as the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Jonathan also represents clients in arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
He has presented lectures and educational programs focusing on employment discrimination, liability issues for professional home inspectors, professional ethics and automobile insurance law.
Jonathan has been involved in several community organizations, including the former Striar Jewish Community Center in Stoughton where he served as president, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Emunah in Brockton for the past 30 years, assisting with special projects when legal expertise is needed.
Jonathan and his wife Carol live in Easton, MA. They have two grown children. Jonathan enjoys technology, music and cheering on the Boston sports teams.
